Do you have any triggers?(Like are there things that get you upset that a person should never say to you?). I don‘t want to say something offensive by accident. When I had depression, my trigger was “depression is not a big deal“ and “you just want people to feel bad for you“

I've never really heard of people with ADHD having triggers.

I believe triggers are usually personal. Like something would could be normal to you but very upsetting to another person
