I carefully catch them and release them outside :) Most people (especially in my class) make fun of me for that but hey, why kill when you can avoid it?

depends on the insect.. some insects will always come back, even if you put them outide. so most people kill these.

The only animals I kill on purpose are mosquitoes. And even then I feel bad about it.

@mialinay do you know "Spinnenläufer" (Scutigera coleoptrata) ? in germany they are really common and scare the shit out of you. they running rly fast (50cm/sec) , are night active, hunting other insects, press themself through doors and if they bite you it really hurts. if you go on the toilet at night and suddenly one of these Bastards show up, you rly shit your pants.. and then they run away in a second and you never find them again because they hide rly good.. i HATE them.. and if you smash them their legs fall of and spread on your whole floor.. it's really annoying. i kill them always if i can.. they live for more than 5-10 years (and growing in size the whole time).. it's just.. gosh no.. ^^
