I've actually been getting more sleep lately. I heard it was supposed to help with depression, but I think I've gotten worse. I didn't start sleeping for the depression; it's just something I noticed. The bags under my eyes are starting to go away.

don't get too much sleep. That can have the opposite effect.

Cap yourself at around 8-9 hours, and have a set sleeping schedule, makes it much better

Doesn't work. I have a 25 hour sleep cycle that forces me awake whenever the time I would normally sleep hits. Schedules never worked for me.
