God i would have evicted those tenants so fast

I feel like I remember there being some precedent for it being illegal to spread pests in a residential area but I can't remember anything specific and idk how to word a google search that won't get a bunch of unrelated stuff

The cat is cute, but there will be a lot of trouble when the rats start reproducing
