Are we supposed to believe that garbage wasn't put there after the whale was washed up?

That "whale" looks suspiciously like fiberglass

I call bullshit - obviously put there after it washed up.

The "whale" is made out of plastic found in the ocean/beach. It's meant to make a statement not trick you into thinking it's a real whale.
