Activision bought them. That's what this picture is implying at least. As for what blizzard did, aside from maybe announce diablo immortal on mobile, no clue

Since Activision bought blizzard the company has gone down the tubes. They don't care about what their customers want and have become money grabbers. Their destroying their games as a result, world of Warcraft, Diablo, and even overwatch have become all about money and less about player experience. In short they're turning into EA.
