top half gets cold and the temperature difference between the butt and the rest of the body strains the connecting material to the point of breaking at which point the butt falls off

Hun, just ask another girl or female teacher for a spot check. It doesn't have to be a big thing, just ask quietly, turn casually, and done. We all understand are bodies are evil and hate us for a week every month.

No in the middle of class just stand up yell at the top of your lungs “CAN SOMEONE LOOK AT MY BUTT TO SEE IF THERE IS BLOOD!” Then bend over and wave your ass in the air

Honestly, even if the teacher gives you resistance, just quietly say it's a girl issue and they are pretty much required to let you. It's seriously not an issue. You are female with female issues, if they have a problem with it just walk out, go to the bathroom to handle your business then go either to the nurse or office to make a complaint. Under no circumstances should you have to go all day worried about bloody pants because you don't feel comfortable approaching a grown ass adult for a 5 minute bathroom break. That is simply not okay.
