Good God this is so true

This is my company.

I recently fired an employee for such an issue (and numerous other ones including a racist exchange with a customer) she would complain about only working 16 hours a week (what she said she was available to work) and then when I scheduled her more shifts she'd call off or switch with another employee and not show up.
