I'll admit it, I'm not old enough to remember the 90s beyond the mentioned time span, but when I say I miss the 90s, I'm mainly referring to the good TV shows and songs from the 90s (much of which I still watch/listen to today) :/
Oh my god, sorry if you weren't asking everyone, but yes! They have something that practically replaces it every Friday night (I think, not sure if it's still going) called Cartoon Planet (even includes some more recent shows [as in, the last good ones of the early 00s, like Foster's Home and KND]).
It's strange but true that most of the tv you remember from your youth is stuff from the previous decade. This is because kids tend to watch a lot of early morning and afternoon tv, and thats when the reruns are on. Most of the tv I remember from being a kid in the 70's was from the 60's (Gilligan's Island, Star Trek etc. etc.), though I was only alive for 3 years in the 60's.
I can hardly remember the 90s as I was born in the late 90s, but I do remember watching a lot of the 90s shows and I still watch all of the reruns that come on ^.^ those shows were the best in the world, they really were.

When I was 3, I knew how to read. I was definitely not eating dirt.
I was born in 82 and miss the 80s lol I was there for 8 years. Not only do I miss the culture but I miss my life. All my family was alive my baby brother was still a baby and I shared a room with my grandmother most would think why would you want that but loved my grandmother she was my best friend and she was like a 3rd parent not just my Dad's Mom. Plus I had my dog I loved and friends that lived down the street.
Best part NO BILLS!!!!!
I have to agree on that, and it's funnier because I'm a guest! I could be some random dude in Starbucks or a hobo with Internet connection next to Walmart
