Gen X is in between baby boomer and millenial. They are the parents of generation z, or so I understand.

Just read a report a few days ago about how my state (Utah) has more job openings than there are people in the state, BUT it's all unskilled entry level and millennials are refusing to take the jobs because they have degrees.
