Do what my mother used to tell me... “just get over it”. Ahhh, the wisdom of idiots

If you ain't dying, dont even bother.
If it's something you can prevent, do it.
If it's something you couldn't prevent, it's too late to fix it accept it and learn from the mistakes to prevent it next time.
If it can't be prevented, don't let it weigh you down because it was something that was far out of your reach.

I live in a constant state of fight or flight.
