How do you not notice this in blueprints?

It's a dude doing jumping jacks to get heathy at the Newmarket Health Centre.

Parts of the building were probably added on later, so there full affect might not have been noticed

I'm sure this is by design... a dude getting his prostate checked is very à-propos
