The worst is when you’re still half asleep, slightly stretch and get a cramp!

What i learned was whenever you feel a cramp coming up on your calves is to stretch your foot out and move your foot back so your toes are pointed to you like when you’re laying down and trying to touch your toes. Makes the cramps go away works better if you do it before it happens
