I think guest means some people racked up a lot of student debt for a degree he or she's not going to break the law to get forgiven. Took me a minute though.

Everything is recorded on paper. Considering the huge amount of money that would be at risk in case of a cyberattack, you really think they wouldn't have precautions?

It’s all fun and games until the bottom line is actually affected in a meaningful way. Then we’d see an endless persistent drumbeat from all directions against hacking and a perfect alignment against ‘these horrid monsters’ who are ‘destroying the world ecomony’.
