Rewinding the VHS tape, the ear-splitting BOOM of the THX logo, planning out snack breaks so you wouldn't miss a second, so annoying yet nostalgic

Returning a rented VHS tape to the store before having to pay the late fee.

Or the pain of the bbc having no ad breaks so you just gotta simultaneously hold it and die of thirst

yeah having all these shows easily available to stream really sucks. I envy you your inability to choose something other than a few variations of the same bland format. Kids now are so stupid and dumb because they don't have commercial breaks. Imagine being able to pause the show whenever you want. How can they build character???
