the people at my firm are so incompetent, it would take then months to even search for a replacement

People here are only concerned about profit, they would let me go and find another guy in the company to do my job. Like Jackie Chan said anyone is replaceable

I understand the sentiment but it’s much easier to say when you have money. It’s an unfortunate truth but not everyone can have that mindset.
