That’s ridiculous. You can’t fight one customer a day. This is a society with laws, and “one customer a day” is not a workable standard....
It should be 1 customer for every 4 hour shift, 2 for 8 hours, and .5 customers for every hour worked past 8, with a bonus customer for any shifts worked where the end of the first shift and start of the second shift are not at least 12 hours apart. After 11:30 and before 8am, any hours worked add a bonus .1 customer to fight which carry through 2 consecutive pay periods but are converted to 1/10th hourly wage if not claimed in whole numbers by the third. Exempt and salaried employees who deal with public customers must negotiate the terms of their customer fighting allocation into their pay plans, but not to be less than 1 a work day average unless compensated cash at an hourly equivalent.

Two important questions:
Do customer fights roll over?
And are there yearly caps?
1. Salaried workers may have such a clause in their contracts or may be given a “fight bank” where their quota per anum can be used ad hoc. General hourly workers must use their fights same day they are earned (or the next scheduled work day for fights accumulated at a percent such as overtime fights) and cannot combine individual fights into a brawls unless a manager pre approves the act. Management however MUST allow adequate time for an employee to complete their fights, uninterrupted by work, and any such interruption will count that fight as a work period where the allotted fight time rounded up to the next hour will be due on the next pay cycle separate from hourly pay but payable on the second check and not as a separate taxable bonus.
2. Yearly caps can be dictated by management- but to question 1- any over cap fight time must be rolled to subsequent years until such time is exhausted. Remaining roll over can be used to fight management or staff upon termination of employment
