if its not activated it won't explode. A liquid basedl bomb of the kind they are trying to protect against will not be able to be activated without the person whose trying to active it doing it manually. They can't do that if its in the trash.

Nitroglycerin is also a liquid bomb, and guess how gently they chuck it in the bin?

you aren't getting any nitroglycerin into an airport in a waterbottle. Its far to volatile to survive you carrying it in the place much less the drive over.
