Getting cold down in Texas

We just aren't prepared for this type of weather. Same as when Northern states have heat waves and were out here taking the sun like Skin cancer doesnt exist.
It's just not a norm and can throw everything off.

I have yet to see snow. I threw up, filled up 2 gatorades, flushed my patio and the leftover water froze....... s'bout it.

If anyone wants to see snow come to Ontario, Canada. So far there is 200 centimetres (about 80 inches) of snow and we are supposed to get more.
