My AP World History teacher had no “C” answers be the correct choice for our WWII chapter in order to make a “not C” pun.

Actually that is not "Buddhist heaven" they are atheists. Nirvana is when you reach a state of enlightenment and are no longer held down by the world or it's desires. However to simplify it yeah I guess you can compare it to a buddhist heaven but it's not a place where you go it's a state of being
