When I brought my daughter to her first pediatrician appointment the doctor asked which vaccines she had received at the hospital. Totally straight faced I told him we had decided not to vaccinate her, at least until she was old enough to decide for herself. His face went totally blank and he just looked at me for a minute until I broke and admitted I was just joking. He actually let out a deep sigh and said "oh thank God, I am just not up to dealing with that idiocy today” He looked so relieved I about burst out laughing.
