time taken to ask it, answer it, wait, then be "framed for murder", in less then 15 hours, nice read, but not believable

Maybe I'm not getting something, but if someone was watching the Yahoo! Answers listing and found this then promptly responded and this was during the day, it's quite feasible for that person to have gone out and asked this girl (then get framed for murder). It wasn't specified whether or not he was truly framed for murder, just that she tried to do so with him.
