Yet her name tag is Daenerys. Does that mean her parents seriously named her that, or are they just confused

I wouldn't necessarily name my kid that, but I think it's a pretty name. Then again I think Eowyn is a pretty name as well so what do I know

I agree its a pretty name, I was more saying it was a missed opportunity to live up to the name by dressing the part. Personally I'm a fan of unique/less popular names. I originally wanted to name my daughter Nyxtheria or Adrielle but my ex refused
