I've stopped talking to people because of this

I haven't seen my best friend in one year and a half and I still use some of his ways of speakking and behaving. I even still use a word I've always hated. Everytime I'm thinking/saying/typing it and directly think of him like "...that's not my word. Bitch get out of my head!"

One of my friends just has a completely different way of speaking to the rest of the friendship group but she's like a contagious virus, every new word she says we all end up using until all our sentences are just" Y'ALL HMU I GOTTA SPILL THE TEA cause I'm ready for yall to slURP"
