Don't get why hold a National voting, but then later not implement it... and campaign against that vote showing repercussions...

Don't get how you can implement such a significant change to your country with a bare minimal majority. It was obvious that's gonna tear apart the society. They shouldn't have done anything without at least 2/3 voting for the leave.
