I think it's ok for her to tell him that she has a boyfriend before he does anything for her and then expects something in return.
Pretty much every girl and woman can tell you a story about something like that happening and getting called bitch and worse for NOT saying that she was in a relationship. You then get accused of "leading them on" and trying to grift.
