But... as a general guide free refills only apply to that visit. Otherwise you could just buy a single cup and drink for free forever. So leaving on your scooter you have already missed the window for refills and as such it doesn’t matter that the cup says no free refills as you have tacitly agreed to surrender your refills. Additionally- 7-11 corporate policy does not offer free refills on any fountain drink except for special limited promotions. A big gulp refill is 99 cents and the rewards program is buy 6 get the 7th free. These policies very existence would already make the idea of free refills illogical.
