Wait a minute. This guy went to a computer, typed this out, and printed it, all within the hour? (I'm assuming hour because he would only really need to pre warm for 5 minutes)

How long do you think it takes to go upstairs to their apartment, type a short paragraph and hit "print"? That would take, maybe, 15 minutes tops
