I wish they would stop making stupid people famous

Could this Genie break a rule just once and bring back people such as Steve Irwin, Robin Williams, Chester Bennington, etc? Just a few is all I ask, except for those that were depressed to no longer have reasons to be depressed so they can be happy as well?
