A very simple answer would be yes, since your cells are doing work while time is stopped, they would still age.
One thing I've always wondered about stopped time is if one could still actually MOVE, or would the very atoms that make up the atmosphere be fixed in space, trapping you where you stood.
Well in Futurama they could walk around. And I would assume that having this power means that your cells and/or your body is immune to the effects of the time stopping.
Since you are mgoveia I'm like 99.999% sure you said "Dr." Instead of "Doctor" to try and get a rise out of whovians. But that isn't my point, but Doctor who is actually scientifically accurate 80% of the time.
Actually, that was just a happy accident. :)
The wife and I tried to watch Doctor Who the other day. One episode was a David Teninch one where he accidentally abducted a lady on her way to be married, which some evil spider lady tried to kill them or something. The other was "Blink", and had the weeping angels that everyone on here seems to love.
I have to say, I don't get why it's so popular. Maybe I didn't see good episodes, but the cheesyness was on par with Farscape. The episodes also seemed to be all over the place, if that makes sense. I just couldn't get into it.
