I would‘ve called/texted them and asked where they were. If they lied, I‘d ask them to look back. It would be interesting watching them trying to figure out what to do. That may most likely be the end of our friendship.

If it was ever considered a friendship to begin with. It would be heartbreaking for me but I would take on a little vengeance after exposing them. Nothing dangerous but more like a prank that they'll remember for years to come.
