@Xvarnah I’m getting 3 new suits made by the end of the month. Can I buy you 3 pairs of shoes and we’ll call it even? I’ll spend as much as $500... because it wouldn’t cost you less then $1500 - even if I get the cheap suits hahaha. Sounds like a great deal to me ;)
@shikharizard suits always seem like a lot of work, but hopefully they're nice
'
Also I guarantee I could find several pairs of shoes for the same price or more <.< though it's kind of moot anyway-- I have enough trouble buying my own shoes, I don't need anyone else getting involved in the process

Too much work. But, I have to say, when I wear them, I feel like I rule the world, and one day I will. And people look at you that way as well.
.
So it's a very small price to pay; both monetarily and in terms of inconvenience to gain a tactical advantage on people that they themselves fail to notice or realize exists/is available to them. Most people genuinely fail to recognize that 'making it' and having literally everything they want in life is about mentality and a silent, mental decision. Suits help me reinforce that every single day, no matter how painful they are to buy, wear and maintain, no matter how much they make you sweat.
.
You literally couldn't put a price on a set of garments that help you defeat fear and doubt, every single day.
.
Probably too much for a funsub comments section, but the appropriate and correct answer. As for the shoes, I'm sure you could, and I'm sure you should. I was just pointing out youd failed to specify the rules of the exchange.
.

>.>
@shikharizard well as zztop put it: every girl crazy bout a sharp-dressed man.
'
Haha I imagine it's much the same as wearing a really on-point red dress or such. Or, y'know, a leather catsuit. Or a superhero outfit. Nothing defeats fear and doubt like a mask and cape
'
Tbh I have no patience for clothes that néed ironing and dry cleaning and things like that. I can appreciate them, but I have no interest in owning or wearing them any more than absolutely necessary.
'
Indeed I didn't. Which means you came in at 1500$, there's absolutely nothing stopping me coming in with a 1 million$ shoe <.<
Only 2 outfits attract my gf; a nice tux, and the joker. Which one would be cheaper?

Correct, but the meme is focused on men. For once. So I get to pick what you're buying me AFTER I get to pick what I bought you. At this point you're simply reciprocating.
.
Though, give me 4 years or less. Million dollar shoes will be within reach.
@dr_richard_ew snuck in there and for a moment I thought @shikharizard was talking about buying you a joker outfit or a suit <.< either way: always the joker outfit
'
And @shikharizard who said you get to pick both? <.< you get to pick what shoes and I get to pick the suit.
'
Haha it probably says something about me that the most expensive pair of 'shoes' I ever took any interest in were for a cosplay. Tbh I find overhyped designed stuff stupid 90% of the time so I'd just end up re-selling them anyway <.<

Didn’t even notice @doc
.
Hard to when you’re around mama-bear
*smiles in a douchy and flirtations manner*
.
The meme does. The meme, it does. The meme does. IF A MAN BUYS YOU - THEN YOU SHOULD BUY HIM is how it’s laid out. Based on that, you weren’t aware and you man so sweetly and generously bought you something. It’s a surprise. You don’t get to pick. But now that he has, a woman, treating her man like a king... Jesus were getting way too technical.
.
Hah, that’s funny. Are you a cosplayer? And I’m glad to hear it. I like shoes but ffs, nobody likes million $ shoes. Your basically be paying $200 a step.
.
Also, quite a record. 3 “<.<“s in a single post. Mama-bear is getting seriously sarcastical
@shikharizard you had me at "douchy" (<- my phone tried very hard to change that to doughy and I'm still entertained about that)
'
But the meme also says "stop expecting him to treat you like a queen" implying him picking out shoes for her is him treating her like a queen.. So reciprocity would be her picking out a suit for him. And yes it is haha.
'
I wouldn't label myself a 'cosplayer,' simply because I *have* cosplayed, but only a handful of times. It's sadly too expensive a hobby or requires talents I don't possess. Plus I fucking HATE makeup. But I do appreciate cosplay a lot and would definitely do it more if not for the aforementioned excuses.
'
Indeed. Though I feel that way about most designer crap. Especially if they smear a brand name across it. Only time I'm libel to spend that kind of money would be on a wedding dress, and even then
'
There, now. I made up for it by not putting any in this comment. Also "getting" ? Oh how little you know me

@Xvarnah so you like douchy guys? Noted. >.>
.
That's it. Were done with it. It's dead. >.>
.
I too appreciate cosplaying. I'm not even going to elaborate, because although you know me oh so little, you know how and why I appreciate it. 'Nuff said. >.>
.
Lol, I cant be bothered to spend on my wedding- but who knows, maybe my future wife will be into that >.>
.
Yes mama-bear, we know you're already incredibly sarcastical. And here, I compensated for your compensation by overcompensating >.> <.<
So you care what guys I like? Noted <.<
'
Alas, poor Yorick
'
Yeahhhh that's not the kind of cosplay I'm talking about haha. Unless it's true-to-character or an interesting design. Otherwise that's not really cosplay to me, that's just people running around in themed underwear. Which, interestingly enough, you can buy at a lot of conventions anyway. But I know that's why a lot of guys 'appreciate' cosplay.
'
Tbh I'd much rather do some really badass or fantastical character than Lola bunny or slave Leia or slutty pikachu. Nothing wrong with people having sexy cosplays, but put some effort into it
'
Never know. If you have a girl-next-door type then most likely she will want at least some expenditure on such an occasion. There's some women that, for some godforsaken reason, buy 3 or more dresses for their wedding, and change throughout the occasion, and that just boggles my mind. You're already only going to only wear the WEDDING dress once, why the hell are you making that as short a time as possible? You've gone from being a person who drops 2 grand on a dress they'll only wear once to being a person who drops 2 grand on several dresses they only wear for an hour each. There's strippers that take off clothing with less frequency than that.
'
Well now you just look like you think someone's out to get you and you've gotta keep looking over your shoulder <.<
shoes look best when it's well designed and made of good leather.
now suit? suit gotta be custom made if you're anything less than a model.
and as someone who has got shit custom made, it aint cheap.
Even if they're broken beyond repair?
'
Also I guarantee I could find several pairs of shoes for the same price or more <.< though it's kind of moot anyway-- I have enough trouble buying my own shoes, I don't need anyone else getting involved in the process
