I see a doctor whenever I want (Tricare motherfucker), but my countrymen can get emergency aid whenever they need it, and general healthcare whenever they're willing to pay for it.
In the US, hospitals cannot refuse to treat a patient that shows up at their door. You may end up with a bill you cannot afford to pay but hospitals write-off BILLIONS of dollars of such accounts each year. Of course Bernie will make it all free, free, free. What will snowflakes complain about when everything is free? Maybe how cappy their quality of life has gotten once the gov runs everything?
Oh my poor angry friend. Yes. Seldom anything is ever “free” and if anyone offers to give you something “free” that is almost always a solid test for bullshit or a hook. And yes- Most countries with socialized health care have wait times you don’t regularly see in for profit healthcare. But no. Hospitals aren’t required to treat you. They are required to diagnose and stabilize conditions which can be described as: “a condition manifesting itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) such that the absence of immediate medical attention could reasonably be expected to result in placing the individual's health [or the health of an unborn child] in serious jeopardy, serious impairment to bodily functions, or serious dysfunction of bodily organs.” But ONLY to the point of stabilization. They don’t have to cure or eliminate the problem. And also...
As for what the “snowflakes” will ask for next- it never ends. Their demands from public roads, police to give basic security, labor laws to prevent indentured servitude and slavery or child labor, public parks, free clean drinking water, clean air to breath, safe food to eat, building codes and laws to prevent death traps and slums... these people I swear. It’s like they’re trying to make the world a better place to live in or something. You aren’t a snowflake though right? You never use tap water and only drive on private roads like a true capitalist manly man I bet.
I waited for like an hour before getting a X-ray and I already wanted to smack someone across the face.
