Yes. If you look like picture 2 in your 20’s that isn’t so bad- that means you have 10 years to look like picture 1 in your 30’s. Get your diet right- dial in the nutrition. Start working out. If you start doing 3 days a week for an hour each you will either get the body you want or get just about “the best” body you can have by 30. Figure out how to dress and care for yourself, try and get sleep and take care of your skin and hair starting today. Drink lots of water and develop your style and your self. 10 years is a long time and 30 isn’t as old as it seems. Start today and be ready in 10 years or in ten years wish you’d started 10 years ago. Good luck.
