"Love yourself" is such a vague, subjective proposition
What timeframe are you referring to?
Present you (short-term) might love to eat chocolate and not put yourself through the pain of exercise and discipline to watch Netflix instead
But future you (medium and long-term) will be very grateful for working out and eating healthily
Maybe that is actually closer to the real meaning of "loving yourself"
Taking care of your mental and physical health till you are at a point where your body is happy and so are you. And having self confidence in your current body, or not being satisfied with your current body but being happy with the knowledge you can improve.
