I feel bad for people whose weight goes right to their face and neck, it's now easily losing weight there.
Tbh, I don't even know how? Do you just chew a lot? Chewing means eating and that only gets you fatter.
Not that hard to lose weight in the stomach and thick thighs aren't bad to some people
But no one wants fat face, neck and arms.

Yeah I feel like the person who posted this is going the wrong way with it. Couldn't she just start doing a ton of squat workouts and fix both problems? Am I oversimplifying it?
Some people just have naturally fat cheeks, so when they gain weight it shows there first. In reality they’re gaining weight everywhere but because it’s on their face they just notice that weight first. My source: Me, I have fat ass cheeks
