Also the punching bag is an interesting idea but I'm not sure how it would stand actual strong punches (I'm assuming there's some electronics inside, correct me if I'm wrong). If it's just for coordination, then cool, the dude's not so much punching as he's stroking it so I'm guessing strength isn't the main point. But if you've ever been in a gym with pumped up people after an exhausting training session, you know any electronics in there wouldn't stand a chance. It'd break after half a minute.
I don't know. I'd say... perhaps use a system of projectors and something to track it? I agree there is zero chance of it lasting if it's inside the bag.
