I think if all colleges offered free schooling to those who work there for Janitor or any other jobs that you don't need a college education for it be really helpful to alot of people. Say if you work at the school for so long than you earn the right to go to the college. As long as you work hard and don't get fired due to something you did.
I know alot of people who would jump at a chance like that.
Alternatively, you could use the money you earn from your job to pay your tuition and other bills, like everybody has to do with bills and things that they want unstead of expecting tuition for free.
