Reflective imminent abrupt Cat

As a 25 year old, I can confirm. Everyone says you stop being able to party when you are 30. But two years ago I regularly got five hours of sleep, often in the middle of the afternoon, and would go a day without sleep about once every couple weeks on average and I felt fine. Now I get less than six hours and I feel tired, and I have to sleep at night and I can't sleep too early or in too late regardless of how tired I am.

Im not planning on growing old anyway

I don't imagine that's the definition they were using.
