My father has O- and the people at the donation centre asked him if his children would be willing to donate too, since we would have a high chance of having O- also
Wanting to do good I registred and donated, at this point I didn't know what type I had. As part of the registration they do a test to check for type and deceases. I really hoped to have O- too, to be useful, but it turned out I didn't.
That was a really odd feeling, being dissapointed about something that was set the moment I was born and being able to change it.
Luckily the feeling wasn't all that heavy, more like: Aww, crêpe
