Why wouldn't the minimum wage set by the government be 30% less for women if the wage gap was real. I would hire very few men if it ment keeping an extra 30% of wages. The wage gap myth is based on bullshit. Women who leave, work less hours, don't take advantage of training programs, start having babies, ect. is all included in the equation.
