I don't have a proper sleep schedule.
I'm 21 and i don't have a driving license yet.
I'm 21 and i don't have my GED yet.
I'm 21 and i don't have a job yet.
I'm 21 and i still live with my parents.
I'm 21 and i've never been in a relationship.
I'm 21 and i've never kissed anyone.
I'm 21 and i've never had sex.
I'm depressed and lonely all the time.
I'm fat.
I'm ugly.
I have a shitty boring personality.
I'm unable to learn how to do things i want to do.
I could probably keep going if i think about it more.
Oh god, you're just like me.
1. Same. No matter how hard I try, I cannot get to sleep or wake up at a decent time. Instead, I try to fill the time spent lying awake at night, doing something. Maybe I'll go for a midnight walk. I find that it helps to calm and tire me out.
2. There's nothing wrong with that. There are other means of transport.
3. I dropped out of high school when I was 14 due to stress-related reasons, so I didn't get any qualifications. I also tried college and dropped out of that too.
4 & 5. There's nothing wrong with taking your time. Everyone finds their place in everything, eventually.
6 & 7. I haven't either. You'll find your special someone.
8. That doesn't make you a POS
9. If you're really troubled by this, try just little things. Maybe, like i said with the sleep schedule, go out for a midnight walk (unless your area is unsafe). I feel like it gets rid of the pressure on me, as barely anyone is around to judge (not that they are anyway, as they're busy-
-doing their own things), plus the air is cooler and overall, more refreshing.
10. I'm sure you're not. Everyone sees themselves as ugly.
11. You'll find someone that brings your true personality out, whether it is just a friend, or a partner. I'm deadpan a lot of the time, with a sarcastic, monotone voice, but when I find someone who I connect with on a deep level, I'm a lot more vocal and my emotions show.
12. If it's something you truly want to do, don't give up. That's how you learn. It may be hard, but you'll get the hang of it eventually!
Don't think of anything else negative, think of the positive things about yourself!
I think gay_furry about covered it, but seconding what he said either way. Perhaps you feel your life is in rut but this doesn't make you a piece of shit. There's lots of people in similar boats or worse. that said, I think the best way to feel better about yourself is to firstly try and focus on the positives, and secondly try and give yourself small goals to work toward to cross even one of the things you dislike about yourself off your list. It may sound cliche and such, but it's a start
