My friend and I were just debating this because we’re born in 1998, she thinks the delineation is made by your experience about the recession I think it’s 9/11. She says that millennials were just entering the job market when the 2008 recession hit while Gen Z’s parents when through the recession. I think if you’re too young to remember 9/11 you are Gen Z. Both of our logic is spotty and we have no definite answer on what makes you millennial or Gen z, I don’t feel comfortable with either so I think Zillenial is a great alternative
