They were. There were also dinosaur ones too that were cool. And even Denny’s (yes- they used to give toys,) had transforming food toys. Burger kind had some too- but I get it all mixed up between the 80’s and early 90’s.

The cheeseburger opened too, if you look in the second picture you can see the lines where it would split

But now I'm curious as to what it opens into

Where the lines are on the top bun it just folds up and has a head molded on it. The bottom bun stays where it is. They were called “changables” and there are several lines as well as more that aren’t shown here.
