Ya don't like a little risk?

I'm ok with medium well, but anything near rare is a no go for me. I dont like seeing a shit ton of pink (or blood) when I cut into my meat

Trump likes his even more burnt than this.

Then he's doing it wrong.

Amazingly enough I've never been to a single restaurant that was able to season, work, or cook the steak to make anything past "medium" tasty or less chewy than tobacco.

Considering several of these restaurants specialized in steak, the only logical conclusion I can come to is that there is a grand conspiracy about specifically trying to convince me that rarer steaks taste better. At long last my eyes have been opened >.>

Side note - that ain't blood

I sorta relate, I usually use steak sauce if I'm dining out. My brother in law can whip up a mean steak no matter how you like it cooked and nothing else has beaten it.
I buy that conspiracy, bet.
