Sure, it takes two to tango. But if your partner keeps stepping on your feet, you don’t grab another partner and dance with two of them simultaneously. You tell your current partner about why you’re unhappy, let them go, and then find someone else to tango with. It’s about being honourable. Unless, of course, the circumstance is that the current partner is abusing you and you’re too scared to upset him because you don’t want to be hurt - in that case, you MUST seek help from family, friends, or authorities. :)

Depending on the situation, I agree. Like what @rayofsunshine says, if she/he falls for someone else, be a decent human being and end their current relationship. Lying only makes both lives worse later on.
