The point is: even if we ignore the poor storylines in GOT S8, the telling of the story is just shameful. We don't need forced twists in stories, we need good storytelling (title from nein site)

I thought season 8 was ok, but I don't think there were forced twists, I don't there there were enough twists. The amount of ideas that had been brought up throughout the previous 7 seasons that were just dismissed outright was ridiculous. I think you could see from season 1 that Dany was a few fries short of a happy meal, and I expected what happened, but everything in season 8 just felt anticlimactic

The funny thing is, when they said it would only be six episodes I though "Nice, they're not going to try and pad it out and add a bunch of filler." Kind of went the other way.
