How would you need "huge amounts of cash" to buy a bag of cheap bread rolls? So it seems they picked up a junkie who was about to buy an evening supply crack or whatever and made him buy that bread with the 20 bucks he got on him. Surely he will not drop the bread at the next corner and of course he will not try to hustle the 20 bucks again, and if, it's probably by helping old ladies carry their groceries home.
