But she is nourished. She specifically isn't a diet coach.

Well- all kidding asides I believe there may be SOME truth to this but I don’t fully agree. First off- you’ll find many of the best gymnastics or other coaches who can’t do what they teach. A science teacher who can lead you to the keys to being the one who can cure cancer or reach Mars, but themselves has never been in a lab outside a classroom. But when it comes to health and nutrition- it’s about having the body and life you want. I don’t take the people I coach and just give them a plan and try and make every one of them look like a model or a body builder. Some just don’t want to be winded walking up stairs, others just don’t want to have “flags” on the underarms, and some want to enter marathons or just like the way they look in certain clothes. So this woman could be great at nutrition and simply not have the goal to be other than she is as we see her. If her doctor says she’s ok and she’s enjoying life that’s her business.

But here IS a good guide IMHO when finding someone to work with on your physique- be wary of those who look too good. genetics and or chemical aids can really boost even a mediocre program to excellent results from the lay persons perspective. A person with good genes or on a chemical regime can often get away with things a natural person with bad genes can’t. The programs for most effective training are also different as is the nutritional program. So just because THEY can get those results doesn’t mean you can. A great pro league coach may suck with a little league team- so if your coach doesn’t have the experience at reaching your specific goals- they can be excellent in the field but be wrong for you. It’s best to talk to them and find out wether you’re a good fit- and if possible see work they’ve done with other clients to gauge.

@guest_ I totally get what you mean and to a point I agree with you, but with this woman I think it's a bit different than what comparisons you've been using as where she is a nutritionist she KNOWS what is good and bad for her nutritionally including portion sizing and she quite obviously doesn't take her own advice even though there's no reason why she couldn't or shouldn't and because of this it makes her a huge hypocrite. If you don't practice what you preach your words are worth shit all.

I get where you’re coming from, but your assumption is that she wants to look and feel differently than she does. Some people like being big- or prefer it to an alternative. Many doctors and nurses smoke or abuse drugs for example. Would one not go to a cosmetic surgeon because that surgeon isn’t gorgeous? Now in fairness- I don’t know anything about this woman herself. I’m just speaking in general terms off of what can be seen in this one post.
