Super sweet story
It is the exact opposite of what happen to my Dad lmfao
Back story:
My Dad at the time was a STATE Fire Marshall for Texas. The STATE part he assumed meant he only worked in his STATE. BUT on April 19 in 1995 Oklahoma City was bombed by a very clever bomber. They had a extremely hard time figuring out how he did it.
My Dad saw the news coverage and told his boss he knew exactly how he did it and knows what he used. (My Dad was a very smart person.) His boss knew someone on the team so he called them up had a chat with them about what my Dad said and by the end of the day my Dad told my mom he had to pack because they were sending him to ground zero to work on it.
So that brings us to WHY my Dad WHO thought planes where NEVER EVER supposed to exist was now getting onto a plane with 2 work colleagues. And those two colleagues REGRET getting seats next to him.
When the plane took off my dad planted his arms right on the armrest. He was in the middle seat because he refused to sit by the window and refused to sit by the aisle. The two work colleagues were on both sides of him. Both of them had their arms on the armrests before my dad did. When he planted his arms he dug his nails into their hands and held tight I mean like finger breaking tight. He was so filled with fear he didn't even realize that both his work colleagues had an expression on their faces of sheer pain. They didn't even try to take his hands off of theirs they just sat there and just withered in pain. When he finally calm down and the plane was all even, no longer climbing he lifted his hands looks at them both and goes what's wrong with you. Roflmmfao
When they finally came back home they told his ass to get a car they were not going to go on the plane with him again. So the State fire Marshal's paid for him to rent a car to come home.
